How does shipping work?

Swanlion partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the most reasonable prices and the most interesting products.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as United States, Europan, China, , etc... When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times. Once you order our products, we will processing and send it to your address as soon as possible.

We have received and fulfilled 100,000+ orders from over 50 countries across all the different continents. Outside the United States, we partners with many shipping companies such as USPS, UPS, E-packet, YunExpress, FedEx, DHL, etc.

We ship to the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/EPO/DPO addresses.

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Each product requires some time for the construction and handling before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 3 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 7 business days.

 

Re-ship

Below cases will be considered for re-ship:

• Customer didn’t provide us with correct address or contact information for delivery and the carrier failed on delivering the parcel
• Shipping carrier can not contact customer for delivery several times

The parcel will be returned to our warehouse and from there we will re-ship once we received the correct address and shipping information from customer. Below re-shipping cost will be applied:

• $7.99 for re-ship to US / item
• $8.99 for re-ship globally / item

 

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

 

Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.

Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

 

Shipping in Peak Season

We're glad to inform you that we do not charge extra fee due to PEAK SEASON (Christmas, Father Day, Mother Day, New Year Eve, etc...)
However, the shipping time due to peek season may increase 3 - 7 working days because of the high demand. We will try our best to delivery your goods as soon as possible.
